Lubricants and Conception

Question- If I use a lubricant, will it interfere with my chances of becoming pregnant?

Answer- Yes and No………If you want to use a lubricant, try to maintain normal acidic levels by selecting one that doesn’t contain spermicide or alcohol.

Along the same lines………. doctors recommend not douching while you are trying to become pregnant because it also changes your acidic levels.

The optimal pre-pregnancy plan is to try to maintain normal levels of acidity and dryness while also preventing yeast and bacterial infections. If you are able to do this, you have a greater chance of conceiving!
