As you all know, I've been extremely cautious during this whole TTC process, and now, pregnancy! I read in one book to stay away from pineapple, because it can cause complications. Another book said that it's a good source of vitamins! I went online and looked at 14 different sites, and literally half the things I read said that it can cause m/c, the other half said it was good for you. I mean, those are totally opposite views!
I have Welch's Orange Pineapple Apple juice, and now I'm too freaked out to drink it. It's only 20% juice, and those juices are apple, orange, and pineapple. So, it's barely any pineapple. But you know me...wouldn't even eat bacon or cold cuts while TTC! So, I'm wondering if it's okay in moderation...like a glass of juice every few days...or if I should totally not even risk it.
