Hi Ladies,
I know us TTCer's feel like we are trying be fortune tellers or read the proverbial tea leaves of our real or phantom body symptoms until we get that beloved bfp. Some people experience implantation spotting, creamy cervical mucous, a implantation chart temp dip, gassy, morning sickness, headache, sore boobies, moodiness, or simply nothing. What did you experience before you got pregnant and or did you just simply know? Nothing is too TMI. Thanks!

Hi Diane,
My very first symtom was adversion to the smell of onions cooking! (I had the same thing happen with my first pg that I m/c in Dec) My DH was frying up some onions and I had to get out of the kitchen right away Smile DH and I looked at eachother and we just couldn't stop smiling. I also experienced dizziness and nausea very very early on. And, 3 days before my bfp, I just "knew" that I was pg. I can't really explain it, but I found myself sitting on the couch with my hand on my tummy, praying for the little baby I knew had started to form.
I hope you get your BFP soon!!!
Hugs,
Patti

Diane,
I had a temperature dip in my BBT chart at 5DPO, but it was my first month EVER charting, so I really didn't know what to think about it (mostly I figured that I'd messed up my temp that morning). I also distinctly remember thinking what a good mood I was in right around the time when PMS-rage usually hits me. But to be honest, I wasn't very hopeful, so I was pretty thrilled when I got my BFP at 10DPO. My hubby, on the other hand, was confident from the moment we BD'd! LOL!

Patti, I love, love, LOVE the story of you and DH grinnin' like fools at each other over stinky onions! So sweet!!!

Thanks for starting this thread. I know everyone is different, but is good to read about all of the varied 2WW symtoms, while we TTCrs are TRYING not to read in to everything Wink

I had no symptoms before I got my BFP really. The day that I got my BFP at 10 dpo my breasts got very tender, mostly the nipples felt sore. That is my most prominent symptom still. I also have been having AF type cramps for days, noticed creamy CM at 12 dpo, increased urinary frequency that started approx 9 dpo and increased hunger. Also had a little indigestion and although no nausea, I do get queasy if I shift positions too quickly at night. The weirdest thing is it really does feel like AF is coming except that the cramps started earlier and the breasts are more tender. If I didn't take an HPT I'd just assume I was having bad PMS.

Hi ladies I'm new to this site and after more than 6 months of trying for baby #3 I got my BFP this morning!
I ovulated early the past two months according to OPKs. I have been ov around cycle day 10-12. I didn't test this month b/c we were sort of taking a break but we stillBD on the 8th day and 10th day. About 2 days ago I started feeling very tired and getting unusual cramping. Unusual in that it feels more like pulling and sore muscles (I sort of remember that feeling with baby #2). so today I couldn't wait any longer and picked up a first response rapid results test. 2 lines immediately popped up!!
I'm so happy and DH is grinning ear to ear! Our two little girls keep asking when they can see the baby Smile

Just thought I would throw my symptoms in here, since when I was TTC I would check this thread, hoping for more clues!

So I think the main thing that clued me in that I might be pg is hot flashes. I normally am always cold, but I got lots of hot flashes about 7 or 8 DPO. This never happens to me, but I read somewhere that it can be a sign. Also some dizziness and light headedness. I also would feel hungry but then when I started eating, it's hard to explain, I didn't feel nauseous, just uninterested in eating. I would try to eat and even though I felt hungry just didn't want it. Then my bbs started hurting which they always do before AF so I thought for sure I wasn't pg. But the biggest clue for me was no spotting. I always spot 3-4 days before AF so 2 days before AF was due and there was no spotting I took a test, and viola, pregnant!
