I just started taking Evening Primrose Oil and Vitamin E, and DH is taking men's formula one-a-days and I plan to start him on Vitamin C. Not sure if any of it really works, but at this point I'll try anything. I've looked EVERYWHERE for Vitex but haven't been able to find someone who sells it. Any ideas?

I found it in the grocery store. (Wegman's) I would also try any health food stores near by. I was thinking about trying the evening primrose but I was wondering when you take it. I think I read that you take it until you ovulate than you stop.

I think there's an organic food store I could maybe try. Otherwise I guess I'll have to wait until I go home to the States for Christmas (though FX I won't need it by then). You're right about the EPO......I think you're supposed to start the first day of your cycle, then quit as soon as you've ovulated. I guess it's been known to cause uterine contractions, so it could potentially cause a miscarriage if you keep taking it.

Have you tried GNC? I don't know where you are or if they have them around you, but it's worth a shot. They have lots of stuff.

Nah..........I'm in Canada. And worse than that, I'm in Nova Scotia lol Absolutely the best place for a nature-lover, but not the best place for availability of products. I guess I shouldn't give up, though, until I check some of the pharmacies closer to Halifax. Took me forever to find the softcups at a store here, but I eventually found them.

I've been taking Fertile Aid and evening primrose oil for a couple of months, but only started TTC two months ago. Depending on tests my RE plans to schedule, I may start clomid or something similar in January. I also drink the Fertili Tea which I actually enjoy.

I've been taking FertilAid this month along with FertilCM, one capsule each, three times daily. My husband is also taking FertilAid for Men. I have been drinking the FertiliTea as well, although not regularly. I'm hoping all of the herbs in the pills will help us conceive. We'll see!! I just started my 2WW..so FX!!!!
