Hi Everyone,
I am 25 years old and just starting TTC with my husband. I have always had irregular cycles so I am already feeling a bit discouraged. I know that it will only make things harder but I can't help it. I haven't had a period since August 26 09...I am almost 100% sure I did not ovulate in September. Now I am feeling a bit crampy and occasional twinges in my ovaries but then nothing happens. I am pretty sure that I am not pregnant a we never really had unprotected sex until Oct 3. I am just wondering if anyone has been in the same boat before?? I have ovulation sticks that I ordered from this site and they have been helpful, I have used them prior to TTC and they worked but lately they have been say No ovulation and I am getting upset feeling like I am never going to get a period. I just need a bit of advice or encouragement. I know that we have only just started trying but I guess because I knew that this was going to happen, I am disappointed. I feel the cramping, it's not too bad, faint, but there and then nothing happens...there is no way that if I havent gotten a period since August and started TTC on Oct 3 that I would feel cramping from implantation already is there?
Hi Nicole.... I haven't had irregular periods so unfortunately I'm not much help on that topic. However, have you looked into FertilAid? I haven't tried it myself, but I've heard a lot of great reviews and its helped many women get their cycle on track. Maybe this would help you.
Best of luck and baby dust to you!
Natalia

I have dealt with very irregular cycles as well. It took us 6 months to conceive. My doctor told me to give it time, and to try to have sex 3-5 times a week, and somehow that will help your body get ready to conceive! I purchased ovulation tests in September and got a positive, had sex the next few days, and just recently got positive pregnancy tests! I hope that whatever you do works for you! It does take time, but it will be so worth it in the end!
