A crazy bride is called a bridezilla - what do you call a crazy mama-to-be?  lol! 
Does anyone have any funny baby shower stories, or does anyone have any thoughts of her own baby shower, when you get your BFP?  :)  Helping plan my friend's shower has definitely gotten me thinking about it.  She actually planned the whole thing out, and delegated tasks.  Unfortunately, she has expensive tastes, and is very particular.  Sometimes I think she wants to give birth to an adult (no pastels, no baby toys on her registry, nothing with teddy bears, rubber duckies, or pacifiers, etc).  lol!  It's been crazy stressful, but soon it will all be over!  And the thing is, she has about 7 people preparing for it, but she's pretending it's a surprise, and that she never had a hand in it!  lol! 
As for me, I don't really like surprises, unless I'm prepared that there will be some sort of surprise.  I'd like to pick the theme, but the rest can be up to the planners.  I'm not a really girly girly person, and hate pink/purple in abundance, so if I have a girl, I'm TERRIFIED that everything will be super-frilly and pink!  So, regardless of the sex, I want a polar animals party.  I think it's cute and different, and the store down the road from me sells tons of cookie cutters, chocolate molds, etc.  And they have penguins, polar bears, and whales!  (They even have bison, moose, armadillos, if you're into those!)  It's called the Confectionery House, and they have a website.  If you're looking for interesting baking/candy making items for a baby shower for a friend.  But other than the theme, I don't care where it is, or what games we play, etc!
