I was just wondering if any of you ladies had heard of or tried CrossFit? My husband is ADDICTED to the CrossFit program and he is pushing for me to give it a whirl.
One of the good things about this program is that it is completely an 'at your own pace, at your own level' type program. One of the negatives (for me anyways) is that you are in charge of pushing yourself.

I will say this - I definitely have to modify the workouts otherwise I'd end up in the ER...
I also wanted to know if anyone has any thoughts about sit ups and crunches. I have been told that sit ups were HORRIBLE for women to do, as they actually weaken parts of the adbominal wall needed to carry a child to term. It was decribed to me that a sit up actually pulls apart the muscles down the midline of the abdomen, and if this is weakened then being pregnant can do further damage, causing a hernia...
