Reflexology and TTC!

Is reflexology part of your TTC plan?

If you have been struggling to get pregnant, reflexology may do the trick!  This is what David Nottingham from Jubilee Holistic believes.  In fact, he has found that about 66% of his patients become pregnant after adding reflexology to their TTC plan.  This is double the number that IVF clinics see.

Nottingham says that there are many reasons why reflexology is a perfect next step when trying to become pregnant. To begin with, you don’t have the emotional and physical roller coaster triggered by the hormones used in IVF.  In fact, there are no side effects to reflexology at all.  He says you may feel a little tired afterwards but it usually translates to an excellent night’s sleep! Reflexology is less time intensive making it cheaper than other alternative therapies as well!

Reflexology uses pressure points on the hands and feet to elicit a physical response in the body.  This therapy can be helpful in increasing fertility health for both the men and women.  Men may find that it helps with sperm health and it may also be helpful for women suffering from endometriosis and polycystic ovary syndrome. Nottingham states that it not only increases the woman's chances of becoming pregnant, but can also help with morning sickness and back pain during the pregnancy.

Have you every tried reflexology for fertility related issues?  Was it a positive experience for you?
