Question- The books recommend having sex 2-3 times a week, why not every day?

Answer- Believe it or not, you will decrease your chances of becoming pregnant if you have sex every day during the most fertile time of your cycle. The reason is that the male reproduction system needs time to regroup and restore its sperm to full potency. If you have sex each day, the quantity of active and available sperm is greatly reduced with each “pregnancy attempt.” :)
