Thanks llr1968! I'm very relieved right now because I had read the AF can be quite heavy and painful after a D & C but so far mine has been quite light and no cramping. I usually have fairly light periods so I'm glad to see my body seems to be back to normal.

CD14, started opk tests today. It was negative but I don't usually ovulate until CD16 or 17. Just started early to be on the safe side. We're going to a cottage for a week next weekend and it's just weird because I thought for sure I would be pregnant at the cottage this year. Oh well, at least I can drink now Smile

while it sux you are not preggers right now, maybe the mini vacation will be exactly what you need! I say jump dh and do the deed as much as possible between now and the day after ovulation. get some built up in there so when you do ovulate,m you have dh swimmers waiting.

Ok, so ovulated even later this month...got positive opk yesterday morning (CD 18) so today should be ovulation day! Not sure if I should be worried about ovulating so late with a 28 day cylce...I've read about Lutheal Phase defect and it would appear mine seems to be 9-10 days long. Hopefully this will be the month I get a sticky bean!

Mandy I had an LP of 9 days at the most, and got a BFP 7DPO....I wouldn't worry Smile

mandy, i would just keep trying and not worry about your short luteal phase until you have gone a bit w/o getting preggers. I know there is a supplement you can take to help lengthen the luteal phase, but i am not sure what it is. Butterfly knows. Wink that woman is a wealth of information.

So far getting pregnant has not been a problem, it's staying pregnant that's the issue. The doctor I saw last time did say she wants me on progesterone suppositories as soon as I get a + again. 1 DPO...and so the waiting begins. At least we're going to a cottage on Saturday for a week so that will help the time pass. And we sold our house yesterday so that's a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Smile Hopefully this is the start of some good luck for a change. In the last month we've had the stress of selling the house, ttc, and DH is on strike so we've taken a pretty big hit in the money department. I guess in a way it's probably a good thing I wasn't pregnant with all that stress.
