Ok have recovered from yesterdays hormone related meltdown, honestly how does my husband live with me?
Part of the mood improvement might be due to a lovely cheque (do Americans/Canadians spell it check?) from the UK for hubby, a random tax rebate from the last year we worked, which was 2008 so VERY unexpected. Was over £600 which worked out to be around NZ$1200 yay!
Now wondering if there might be one in the mail for me - ohhh exciting!

Meanwhile, waiting for AF still, due today and have a bit of cramping so estimating that she will be here right on time - boo!

Seriously I am nuts, pretty sure I am the only person in the world who gets excited by feeling queasy! To be fair it is most likely to be related to the vast amounts of junk food I have consumed but I can't help but be hopeful.

Why the heck are AF symptoms so similar to preg symptoms? It is like some sort of cosmic joke? I am so sure that AF is about to start, have cramps etc. Sucky.
Went to the supermarket this morning and walked past the pregnancy tests without purchasing so even if I want to test I will have to wait until next weekend. Seriously I have been known to test after AF just in case I am one of those people who still get AF while pregnant is there a POAS anonymous? If so I need to join.
My name is Jacinda and I am an addict haha!

then it's also always lovely when the PMS hormones kick into gear right when we're getting our negative. like we need ANY MORE EMOTION AT THAT TIME OF THE MONTH!!!! Seriously. I too have POAS even after AF just in case. Somewhere rational thinking goes out the window...

I'm sorry, I don't understand the term 'rational thought' haha
I hate insomnia - that is all I have to say about that!
Oh I am also not a fan of my husband snoring and my cat coming in from the rain and tring to sleep on my head, esp when he has clearly been out in the paddock with the sheep and is most likely trapesing sheep dung in my hair - I also feel the need to point out (just in case) that we live on a farm and that sheep do not run wild everywhere here! Although I did once tell a lady in vegas that all new zealanders are given a sheep at birth that we must keep for life. I was allowed to lie to her though, she asked where we were from, I said NZ and what was her reaction 'oh I always wanted to go to australia' ummm what?

oh geez... once the manager at the resort I work asked some guests where they were from...they said Venezuela to which he responded "oh we have some owners who are from there" and I said, no actually those owners are from Brazil and he remarked "same difference"...really?
(shaking head).
I did find it quite adorable that when we were in NZ I noticed the grass for the sheep grazing was actually greener than some of the golf courses. I really loved the sheep, I even bought a book about the different breeds. I want some. We got to go see a sheep herding demonstration and it was incredible, I don't think I've ever seen a dog so smart in my whole life!
PS... yes insomnia is a sign. Wink
PPS... earplugs.

Uh yes of course the venezuela and brazil are totally the same place!
I must say I love the dogs as well, the sheep are being shorn today and seriously the guy just looks at the dog and he is off!
Sheep are a bit stupid. It can be infuriating getting them to do anything you want. Although lambs are just the cutest things in the whole world (oops and then we eat them with mint sauce mmmm)
Haha everything is a sign!

Today is CD34, my last 2 cycles were 31 and 18 days so seriously my body is just up the sh*t! I still have cramps so I am just waiting for AF I know logically that I am not pregnant but the longer it takes I start getting hopeful again which will make it even more devistating when she does show up - argggghhhh

Hope is a nasty nasty thing sometimes. Af is yet to make her appearance but I am pretty sure it will be soon. The problem is the longer it takes the more hopeful I get even though logically I know i'm not pregnant - arghhh

I nearly threw up last night - symptom? Nope - bird guts, mmm. Got up around 4am to pee and decided to put an extra blanket on Lucy's bed. Thank goodness I turned on the light in the lounge (normally I would just dash across in the dark) and there in the middle of the floor is a pile of feathers and some bird insides - ewwww. Honestly my cat is a menace! I live in hope that he has killed the sparrow that always poops on my car!

So I guess if af isn't here by this arvo I will get hubby to get me some tests on his way home, just the admission of this should be enough to get AF started and then I will have tests in the house for next month (which will of course tempt me to start testing at like 1DPO)

Oh and also text message language does my head in, I always text words in full and use punctuation. I just got a text from my cousin and I can't even understand what she is saying!
