We all know that when we are feeling stressed that everything seems harder. And if you have been trying to get pregnant for awhile, the odds are that your stress level has increased a bit. However, it is important for you to take care of yourself and be as rested and calm as possible while you are trying to conceive. This all seems like common sense, but here are some statistics to share with your husband or partner that will support your need for a massage or long bubble bath! :)

According to researchers at the University of California, the lower your stress level while trying to get pregnant through In-Vitro Fertilization, the greater the chance of successfully conceiving.

Those who were worried about the costs associated with IVF were 11 times more likely not to conceive successfully.

Those who were worried about missing work because of fertility related appointments had 30 percent fewer viable eggs.

Those who were worried about the medical procedures related with IVF had 20 percent fewer viable eggs.

So…. draw a bubble bath, have some tea and read a good book!!!!!
