If you are looking for a new book that is very informative and empowering, this is the one! I really enjoyed this book because it gave you suggestions for fertility problems by changing diet, environment, and lifestyle. It also looked at fertility plan options that were user friendly. As I read the book, I felt like there were many things I could change in my life right now to increase my fertility levels.

The book looked at fertility/infertility in regards to hormone balance and was broken up into these 4 parts:

Fertility and Your Hormones
Perfect Balance Fertility Program
Understanding Your Fertility Factors
Your Fertility Plan: Making It Happen

It also included journals, planning pages and resources at the end of the book.

One of the things I really appreciated, was the use of research to support the fertility facts that are found throughout the book. For example, did you know that:

Eating spicy foods help regulate and balance your hormones?
Drinking sports drinks while you exercise actually reduces the number of fat calories that you burn?
Taking a birth control pill for a month in between cycles can improve success rates?

I also really liked the many surveys and questionnaires that helped me pinpoint the areas in my life that are not currently fertility friendly!

I found this book at my local library and would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a book that looks at fertility in a slightly different way.
