First off, you will want to include vegetable protein instead of meat protein whenever possible. A Harvard Nurses Health report supports this dietary recommendation with a study that found that including a daily serving of vegetarian protein helped protect women against infertility. This could be as easy as adding a serving of beans, peas or nuts to one of your daily meals.
On the flip side, this same study found that when women added a serving of animal protein such as meat or poultry, they were at a higher risk for fertility problems.
