Here is another study that tells us to enjoy a bowl of ice cream for dessert!
If you are trying to become pregnant, studies are pointing to a high fat dairy diet instead of a low fat one. In a recent study conducted by the Harvard School of Public Health, they found that women who ate at least one serving of a high fat dairy food/drink had a 27% lower chance of suffering from ovulation related infertility.
On the flip side, women who had a diet that included 2 or more servings of low fat dairy foods/drinks had an 85% greater chance of having problems with ovulation………and in turn struggling with infertility.
So if not ice cream, think of drinking whole milk or eating regular yogurt each day as part of your plan for conception!!!!!!!!
