Yep, that is what a new study says to do if you are interested in beefing up your sperm!!!!!
The study looked at 118 men living in Australia who had unhealthy or damaged sperm. These men were asked to have sex for 7 consecutive days. I am guessing it wasn’t hard to get them to agree to the study requirements.
What researchers found was that out of the group of men who complied with the requirements, 81% of the men had healthier sperm by the end of the week. Their theory is that the longer sperm is in the body, the higher the chance of it becoming damaged in some way.
They also remind men that sperm quality is also healthier for those who don’t smoke, exercise daily, eat a diet high in antioxidants and drink little to no alcohol.
I am guessing that after reading these study findings, that men all over the world are motivated to do what is needed to improve the quality of their sperm! LOL!!!!
