1. To begin with, check with your doctor if you are thinking of becoming a father. They will check for a common problem called Varicoceles, where there are dilated varicose veins in the scrotum that get in the way of the sperm. Interestingly, this problem occurs in at least 40 percent of infertile men.
2. Stay out of hot tubs, the heat can take a toll on the quality of the sperm.
3. Quit smoking.
4. Stay away from alcohol.
5. Stay away from unhealthy and fatty foods.
6. Watch you weight.
7. Live a healthy lifestyle.
If you do what is listed above, you can increase the likelihood that your sperm will be healthy when you are ready to become a father!
