This is a wonderful resource if you are interested in using an on-line fertility coach. The site offers both group or individual coaching and classes.

If you take part in the group coaching sessions, you can expect to be grouped with no more than 8 others. The coaching sessions are done by group conference calls and meet for 2 months for 60 minutes per call.

If you choose the individual coaching, you will talk with the coach on a one-on-one basis. You have the opportunity to decide the topics you talk about. The conversations are fluid and can change based on what is relevant and helpful for you at the time. You will chat with the coach on the phone three times per month for 40 minutes.
