Is Energy Therapy Part of Your TTC Plan?

Have you ever heard of using Energy Therapy as part of your TTC plan? I hadn’t until I ran across an Infertility Talk video from Parents TV.
The clip begins with a couple, who against all odds, now have 2 beautiful children. They were almost 40 years old and had experienced multiple failed IVF attempts. In fact, the doctors had given them a less than 5% chance of conceiving. Heartbreaking news for sure when all you want is to hold your baby in your arms.
After their story, you learn more about the basics of infertility. They even show the process of evaluating sperm during a semen analysis. I had never seen the machine that they use, amazing!
The last bit is of Doreen Fishman (a registered holistic nurse) talking about the use of Energy Therapy as part of a TTC plan. She uses touch to rebalance the body’s energy and teaches stress relieving breathing techniques.
It was an informative piece that may be worth checking out!

I love this!
When I was diagnosed with unexplained infertility I started looking into energy and alternative therapies. Acupuncture is a form of energy work as well- which is already commonly practiced for TTCers. It only seems logical that if your energy is blocked and your chakras are closed a child's spirit will have a hard time entering the womb. I think it's great to hear other people are open to this- I think we're so quick to medicate and "quick fix" the "problems" with assisted reproduction when truly some good energy work may be all it takes! Thanks for sharing this.
